A WinterWild and Apollo Bay Distillery collaboration. This Single Pot Whisky is aged in ex Bourbon barrels and finished in a single 110 lite French oak ex 12-year-old port barrel. The whisky demonstrates vanilla and spices with an extremely smooth finish.
