COVID Safe Plans

WinterWild will adhere to Victorian Government restrictions. Our COVID safe plan will be detailed for patrons closer to the Festival dates.

Entry

The WinterWild Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any of our events.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If an artist is ill, including from COVID, WinterWild reserves the right to replace them, rather than cancelling a show. Tickets will not be refunded if a show goes ahead with an artist replacement.

Refunds and Cancellations

There are no refunds on tickets except in accordance with the Live Performance Australia code of practice; If the event is cancelled, postponed or if the venue has been relocated.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the customers are offered a full refund of Ticket price + booking fees. That includes any disruption caused by the covid-19 pandemic.

IMAGES - Release

Photographers and videograpers will be recording most of our events. If you do not want your image to be taken, please just tell our photographers or videographers who will respect your choice and delete any images of you.If you say nothing, we take that as consent.
